We have an Intellevend 2000 vending machine. How do you get the coins out? There are 4 rubber buttons A,B,C,D and a light to the left of the buttons. These are all above the plastic coin dispenser. Thank you for your help, KV

My friend, this type of machines have a com and or control center where the control pad is assembled to.Maybe the IC unit is not working at all or a connector is faulty. Check for all the connections or try to replace the IC main unit.

you may have a coin jammed in the coin reader device. I know absolutely nothing about your machine but am a gaming attendent and have the same type of fault occuring on gaming machines from time to time. Foreign coins or bent coins also can jam up the reader.
check if the coin reader can open up to release coins.

You change the price inside the coin mechanism. Tilt the coin acceptor (top part) down to see the price switches inside. Switch one is .05 and each switch to the right of #1 doubles in value. Turn on the switches that add up to the price you want and then test the machine.

What is the model number of the unit?

It looks like that machine uses coin mechanisms similar to the SnackTime VendCraft brand machines.
To change the price you have to remove the coin mech assembly from the machine, then disassemble the mech to change the price.
