If the new oven was installed according to its installation instructions, new hardware was used, new holes were drilled (into properly supported wood structure) and the opening matched the specs outlined in the instructions, it should fit.
If not, it seems like that would have been evident as you went along.
I would first retrace my steps along with the instructions, not making any assumptions, and that will probably reveal the error.
if your microwave does everything you have described , and you can hear the cooling fan running as well after you press the start button , you probably have a faulty wave guide. The wave guide is also called a Magnetron Tube. It is the main part of the microwave which produces the microwave energy . If this part is not functioning it is best to replace the entire unit, rather than have it repaired .
i know this is going to make no sense . but in my samsung service cd it is in BOLD PRINT YOU MUST DISCONECT POWER BEFORE REPLACEING BULBS , OR DAMAGE TO TIMER WILL RESULT ! the first time you changed them did you disconect power ? if not , your board might be toast , $$$$$$$$$
hi the se flashing indicates a fault with the your membrane switch [touch control/ touch pad. disconnect power for about 20 min and then reconect .it should reset if not replace with original part .ihope it works cheers
