Question about Samsung Televison & Video
The clicking noise and the tv taking too long to come on indicates that there are faulty capacitors on the power supply board that are taking too long to build up the charge and are putting additional load on the circuit. Replacing them should resolve the issue. Note that the replacements should be of exactly the same value as the original ones. Which begs the question, do you know how to work on PCBs and know how to solder?
