Question about DeLonghi Esclusivo Magnifica ESAM3300 Espresso Machine
I had the same problem about a month ago and contacted customer services because its still in warranty - they suggested it may be the diffuser and sent a new one - which solved the problem. The attached invoice showed it as costing GBP 15.03 (although it was free under warranty).

Yep, ours was doing the same thing and we bought another infuser and it took care of the problem. You can buy the part online at www. ereplacementparts.com by just typing in your model and then clicking the blue button that says "View Diagram and Parts List." We just replaced the generator on ours. They're pretty reasonable.
