Electrolux dishwasher error c8 What does this mean please??

C8 = During rinse phase boiler doesn't empty
possible causes:-

Are the rinse arms clogged?
Does the rinse pump work correctly?
Is there water in the level sensor tube?
Is there scale in the boiler?
Does the boiler level sensor work properly?

A C8 error means that the boiler isn't emptying correctly during the rinse phase. Check to make sure that the boiler and the spray arms are clear of scaly buildup or anything else that could plug them. You want to make sure that the rinse pump and the level sensor are in proper working condition too.
If you do find something that you think could be the cause of the emptying problem, check it out before you reset the code. This is one of those really important codes, because if you just reset it without fixing it, the boiler heating elements may end up working dry and that can seriously damage your equipment.

Hello Said Raji - Are you certain the error code is C8? Could it possibly be CE? If so, it typically indicates that the dishwasher has detected a configuration error. A professional will need to check the wiring connections between keypad and main control board.

If there is a set button hold it for 5 seconds.
C8 means that at the rinse phase the boiler did not empty.

1) the nozzles are blockled
2)Drain pump out of order
now you must reset c8 from the parameter in order to start again the dishwasher

If there is a set button hold it in for 5 secs!
