Check the arm assembly bearing for free play, then the spray arm for food residue blockage, then if these are o.k.,then replace the water conduit that runs up the back interior wall of the washer, the basket has what is called a water horn and is rolled into and against the water conduit to get water to this arm to turn it,after time this horn loses fit and lets water get past it so you lose water pressure and it no longer gets the watert pressure needed to turn it

The top washer is not spinning

Look at the top spray arm and see if it moves freely. Inspect the middle part of the spray arm. Sometimes a tall dishes can prevent the arm from moving. Put the spray arm at 12 o'clock position and have a cup right side up in the dishwasher. Run a cycle. During the cycle the cup should be filled to the top with in 20sec and the spray arm should have moved from its position. If not then change out the spray arm and Delivery tube.

Du1145xtpq top spray, and upper spray arm don't

sounds like the chopper is plugged or broken. remove the lower spray arm by holding tab with a set of plyers and turn spray arm counter clockwise. then where the middle spray arm attaches at the back of tub remove screw. turn the housing on pump to the right side of the machine( its easier to pull top rack out a bit so that whole housing can move) it will turn a little bit to be released from top of pump. then take out the torx screws that hold the housing and filter on. in the sump there will be one or two more smaller torx screws remove those and remove coverings to the chopper. check to see if the mesh is plugged with food and other things. clean. also check to see if blade turn with the motor impeller. if not then the chopper needs to be replaced. good luck

The diswasher arm does not rotate or spray water

Check the small holes on the spray arm. They are most likely plugged. (candy wrappers, tooth picks, popcorn or watermelon seeds, you name it.) Sometimes you can clear the holes out, other times it is just as easy (and not very expensive) to replace the spray arm(s). List your model number if you need part numbers or instructions on removing spray arm.

Middle spray arm does not rotate

Please check: Does the arm turn freely?  Are the jets clean and spray in the right direction? If not you may need to replace the arm.

Water coming out of bottom during run cycle

Your lower spray arm is broken, allowing the water the hit the door where it shouldn't thus causing the water to blow out of the door gasket. To remove you turn the center plastic screw in the middle of the spray arm clockwise while holding the spray arm stationary. You can obtain the spray arm either at you local appliance dealer or at repair clinic dot com.

The middle spray arm has come off

If the arm does not appear to have broken parts, then it probably came unscrewed. The screw and washers may be in the bottom of the machine or instead of screw and washer it may be a plastic locking device. (depending on what model) Those screws or plastic locking device almost always screw in backwards. So, to but it back on, turn to the left as if you were loosening - but you are actually tightening.  Hope this helps ya.
