sanyo 31 inch tv is about 6 yrs old. when powered up only a horizontal line appears (this is part of the picture) sound is good. this is a tube set. can you help? Mike

Ihave the same problem..Used to be able to "whack it to get it to be right, but now it stays like that all the time. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
