How do I disable the CONT RNGOFF on my Panasonic KX-T7230 phone?

Most likely your onboard battery for keeping the time and date is needing replaced

What's the question? If it doesn't pop up, you could have a broken or misplaced spring that makes it work. If you have a bad receiver or cord that could be something. Since you're not asking a question, there's no answer.

It's not exactly that easy. Here's a manual for the 816/1232 TD series phones. If you have a TD-308, it has a different manual.

Which system are you using?
If you are using panasonic kx td 1232 then just press the * key keeping the handset on hook.

If you are using a panasonic kx tda system then just press the transfer button keeping the handset onhook.

To change the date you will need to goin the program mode by pressing the Program button followed by *# 1234. then it will show on the display sys pgm no : enter 000 and press autodial or enter. Then you can change the date.

Use the SHIFT button on top and it should list an option for RNGOFF, select that. Or, when the phone rings, use the Jog Dial wheel (to the left) to turn down/off the ringer.

press the button below the readout "rngoff", let go, then rotate the volume control dial. It should raise the volume. The readout will now say "ring"
