I am not able to install my printer
I've had some work done on the computer and the printer has been wiped off -how do i install it without a disk ? am i able to purchase the software if necessary?

Hi, When you have installed the ink cartridges make sure connections are clean that means finger prints as well. Clean with isopropil alcohol not rubbing alcohol. Next, check printer properties that software is working properly. If all is OK. Cartridge maybe clogged or defective (replace).
Since you don't have the setup disc for the printer the only way you can install it is by downloading the printer software/driver from this link and use that for installation.
Just click HERE and proceed with the download and once done you can run the installation of the printer to your computer.
