Generic problem for all Printers

I own a canon ip4300

I own a canon ip4300 printer and want to print onto a full
DVD disc, the problem is it will not cover more of the inner circle of the disc it leaves the initial value of 33.0mm
I want the inner circle left to be 23.0mm, it appears to be a problem with the software

I have the same problem.
