Question about Dyna-Glo Heating & Cooling
My Dyna-Glow Model Number: RMC-8000PGH has an Oxygen Depletion Sensor (ODS) that will kill the pilot lite if the oxygen level gets low. Only the tip of the pilot flame touches the thermocouple. The thermocouple is bad on one of the two units that own. I plan to replace the thermocouple with an 'off the shelf' thermocouple that can be found in any heating supply house and then adjust the pilot to surround the thermocouple to keep it hot enough to keep the gas valve open. The company appears to be out of business. Their !-800 number can be found but doesn't connect to their business. Good luck with parts search!
