Click start menu, then point to settings, click printer and faxes. You can see the icon of your printer right click and then point to properties. If you can't see there try to check into your software.

Misaligned printing of row and columns

Hi Myles,

Please perform print head alignment procedure first. You can access this function from maintenance menu on the printer driver.

Be sure also to print the document in high quality mode when you meet such the problem. If the problem still persist you may need to clean film timing slit of the printer.

Hi the Epson R350 printer when it prints a photo it is going beyond the size of the photo size with a narrow strip of cyan evenally spaced all the way down the photo like its over printing. It only the one...

There are several potential solutions:
First, see if the paper guidance system is working properly and is aligned properly. It may be a case of misalignment, so the paper is positioned too much at one end so the print heads seem to be going off the page, while in reality the paper is to the side. If the print cartirdge box is aligned as the CMYK model, then the Cyan color is printed on last, with Magenta Yellow and Black spewing out ink onto the paper guiding mechanism.
Second option is print head misalignment, so you'll need to run a realignment procedure from your Epson control panel software.
Third is a drivers issue. Make sure you have the latest drivers that match your operating system, here's the download page http://www.epson.com.ph/epson_philippines/support/eol_product.page?support_name=Epson_Stylus_Photo_R350
If this doesnt help, a general reset of the printer may be useful: Turn off printer, then press and hold 'stop' 'maintenance' and 'power' buttons for about 10 seconds. A message will appear on the screen. power off and back on for reset.

Hi, I have a black line that runs from top to bottom of the page when scanning, faxing and copying. How do I fix this issue?

the blcak line that runs from top to bottom is due to a dirty misaligned print head...do a full printer maintenance on your printer/scanner . Once the heads and rollers get clean and the printer is aligned, it should get rid of any black streaks or lines. I own a Brother Printer/scanner and it did the same thing to me, as soon as I ran maintenance on it..it fixed the black straks and lines I had on my prints.

I can't seem to find a way to clean my Epson C60 ink nozzles. I'm running Mac OS 10.5.6 Thanks. -Bill Carter

Hi Bill

Go to the C60 online manual at:

http://support.epson-europe.com/onlineguides/en/sc60/index.htm

and select How To, Maintenance, Cleaning the Print Head.

This explains very well how to clean the print head etc using either the printer software or the printer control panel, for both Windows and the Mac.

Problems printing on c250 from mac leopard

Have you tried hiding the Doc in the finder?

Some programs will print VERY slowly s the application icon is showing while printing.

Are you using a Fiery? If so, have you installed the CUPS filter from their website? www.efi.com

The lates Mac OS has totally redone the way they communicate with printers and how they handle security communications.
Start looking in the Mac webpage for fixes or solutions, it is a system based issue from Mac.
