The phone kx-dt333 does not ring out loud when there is an incoming call. A red light appears however no sound is made even though the volume is up on full.

The Panasonic TDA-50g comes out of the box with one ringing phone, extension 101. All the other phones light a solid red light when 101 rings. Is that what your system is doing?

Unless you have access to programming or a Maintenance Console and have intimate knowledge of system programs 623 and 624, you need to let your installer or dealer program ICD groups.

That programming is beyond the scope of a free forum.

I would like to set up an answering machine on Panasonic kx-t7630 but don`t know how.

A 7630 is a digital phone that connects to a TDA/TDE or NCP Panasonic phone system. There are 4 analog ports in a TDA-50 or lower phone system, so you could install an answering machine on the first 4 ports of a TDA by default. If you have a TDx-100 or higher, you have to have cards that contain analog ports.

However, you could always wire the answering machine on a specific line.

I want to extend the extension numbers beyond134. is it possible with Panasonic KX-TDA 200

Not exactly sure what you're asking, so I'll give you 2 answers. If you mean extension number 134, the answer is yes. The whole universe of numbers are available to you and by default you can use 100-599 in a 3-digit numbering plan. You can grow beyond extension 134 if you have the hardware to support it.

If you're talking about 134 physical extensions, the answer is "maybe" The 200 has 11 card slots. Slot 11 is usually reserved for an option board for a message card and other features. Card slot 1 is usually a digital card for digital extensions, and you need at least one trunk card (slot 10?). That leaves slots 2-9 (8 total) for other cards. Each card is 16 analog or 32 digital extensions, so if the system is being used for single line stations, the answer is 128, but if digital you can expand the memory and address more than 128 extensions. Actually, I think you can address 256 ports before you have to expand the memory.

I bought kx-tda 200 switchboard but the supplyer don't support software so i can't config it. Now I'm realy need the kx-tda maintenance console and usb driver for kx-tda 200 switchboard. Please help me...

If your system wasnt installed by a certified dealer/tech then there isn't much you can do. The tools can be gotten from them. If you bought this from someone who doesn't support it or have the software then it hasn't been registered and will be useless. Again you must contact a dealer that can install these to help you.
