Re: WF865 noise when spinning
Washers have to be balanced. Some have balance adjusters either inside the dryer as explianed above or on the bottom to level the washer. try to balance it by turning the bolts slightly or the bottom portion of the washer to level it. Or else they want to shake apart. Also by distributing the clothes evenly so it won';t be all to one side can help. do not tighten the screws all the way. Just tighten them to the point of getting the right balance.

Hello that sounds like a broken spider that's blotted to the drum what hold the drum to the bearings if one is broken that will do that the banging is when it pop out on a spin it sounds like a brick hitting the back I would be very carefull as it can try and flip the machine if it catch the drum it's not bearings as you said it stopes and it was ok so it's the spider and most drums are sealed units so you can't do any thing ok hope this has helped you
Something is causing the drum to be way out of balance. Does it bang and make noise when it's spinning empty? Probably not. Is something stuck on the side (inside of course) of the drum, causing it to shake when spinning? If not, a spring or shock absorber (connecting drum to sides, bottom or top of machine) has broken or come loose.
the machine has 5 year garentee onit 1st year all free next 4 years parts only the bearings have gone if it soulds like a plane taking off phone hot poit for a quote first then shop around this is a very big job very hard to do unless u r trainned
sounds like a balance problem may be when the drum was replaced they didn't fit the new drum in the correct spot the other thing that would cause load banging and excessive vibrations in the machine is if the shockers are worn out, believe it our not even washing machines have shockers to dampen the movement of the drum spinning
