This sounds like the battery is no longer viable. Unfortunately, the
headset does not have a replaceable battery. First you need to check if the headset is under warranty, and if so, get it replaced. But if it is not under warranty, you may want to take
a look at the link below to see a newer headset that is compatible in looks to yours.
