You need to adjust the print head spacing. This is a lever along the side inside the printer by the print head. It just move the head closer or further away from the paper. The closer it is the harder it strikes the bottom pages and it should print darker on them. If you get it too close it can catch the paper and cause a jam so you have to give it a bit more space. You may end up redoing this if you use a different brand or type of nc form paper. Just open the cover look for a lever on the side and lick it a notch (should show circles so go to the smaller one) and try printing. You might have to waster a few pages before it behaves but this is all you need to do.
