SOURCE: I lost my key for
For making you new keys work, you will have to get your car key chips programmed. This can be done at dealer. Also a local locksmith can do this programming. But in some case the locksmith programming does not help,in that case the keys chips are to be programmed with car dealer only. The immobilizer is connected to the car ignition switch harness and ECU ( ELECTRONIC CONTROL MODULE) Also known as cars computer.--------- The system of working is as follows:---- When you insert the key in ignition the key gets detected by the ECU and ECU sends the car immobilizer to accept the key. But if you use new keys which are not programmed then ,ECU will not send the message to immobilizer to accept the key. ------------ Disarming the immobilizer is actually not advisable, but yes it can be done, but its not that easy. You will have to disconnect the immobilizer wiring from ignition harness switch as well as you will have to unplug the immobilizer connector from ECU also. This will disconnect the immobilizer. But if you disconnect wrong wires then car ignition switch will get disconnected and car will not get started at all.You will have to check ignition wiring by meter. The live wire is mostly 12 volt for ignition. So you can disconnect the other wire from ignition harness switch to disconnect immobilizer. The immobilizer wire can differ in color, but mostly the color of wire is purple/green.A local car garage can do this for you,They will check the wiring with meter and disconnect the immobilizer wire instead of disconnecting ignition switch.------------ But in all this options getting the key reprogrammed is most advisable option. In key programming,it will not take much time and also it will not disturb the car wiring and functions also. -------------- Also for more help on bypassing the anti theft system in your car.Click this link directly:--- http://newrockies.com/the-problem-and-the-solution/ ------------- This link is just to know how the anti theft system works.-------- ----------This will help.Thanks.Helpmech.

As per your problem it indicates that your security system is blocking the engine to start. This system requires key learning and a parameter reset via scan tool by dealer, to reset the security system. This will let the car to start.----
There is one manual reset procedure, which you can try before taking it to dealer.-------
Insert the key into ignition and turn the ignition to ON position and let the key remain in ignition On position for next 30 minutes. Then exactly after 30 minutes turn the key to off then again ON and check. It will start, This is reset procedure.but if this not helping then it has to be reset by scan tool. This is done by dealer.-----
This should help.Thanks.Helpmech.

Probably a short brush in the alternator, if you can find a specialist auto electrician it is possable to replace the brush/control pack but most places want to stripe you for an exchange unit.
