Question about SanDisk Sansa e260 MP3 Player
The device had been plugged into the computer for a number of day. Now the device will not come on. I have removed the battery for 1 hour, per Sansa tech support, and still it will not come on. The blue light comes on when it is connected to the computer, but other then that I can not get anything.
Overcharging is bad
Update the firmware
details on Sansa website
if nothing works, the hardware is bad - replace the player
Sorry to be so brief, but people keep asking the same 6 or 7 questions over and over again, and never bother to read the solutions section on this website where other people have already asked the question.
