I have a Bravo SE printer at work, but when ever I print black it comes out a red/maroon colour. I've tried cleaning and religning, Ive taken the cartridge out and it looks fine. All of the other colours are printing fine. It's not that old and it says there is still 73% ink left. Please Help!!

Testimonial: "Thanks, it didn't fix it, but the print that way looked perfect so I knew it was a setting issue. I changed some settings and it looks fine now :)"

Printer will only print purple

on a colour printer, black is mixed with the other colours. Try printing a black and withe photo and you always get a colour cast. If your black cartridge is empty or the nozzles are blocked, you get bad colour and fussy prints.
test all nozzles, like is explained in the manual.
Check, if you know how to do, if nothing fell in the printer, that is now on the print head. Sometimes just dust or paper scraps are picked up by the printhead, making it difficult for the printer to print a normal page.

The red colour is faded. i'm trying to print out a photo which is fire engine red and it is coming out peach. the ink isnt low. ive cleaned the printer heads, and nozzle checked it. no difference. the...

Did you clean the printer heads manually with alcohol and a Qtip?

Also pop out the red cartridge, cover the hole and give it a good shake, then try again.

Chances are the red ink simply wasn't as "fresh" as the others.

Canon MP360 not printing

You probably need a new purge assembly, it draws some ink to both clean and prime the printhead. When it stops working you won't get any ink to the paper.
