Your PTO shift houseing is going out. I just repairs the same problem. You have to seperate the cases just in front of your lever to engage your PTO. The shirt fork is bent. Go to http://www.just8ns.com/index2.htm for parts and they also have a number on there sit for technical advise.

Hi, I'm David .Hope i can give you some help.
First of all I beleive if you Make Sure you Don't Hahave the Clutches Backwards,Its Easy to do this.To line them Up your going to need a Helper,Trying this by your self will were you out.
Check to make sure The Splines are the Same as the Old Clutches.Includind the amount of Teeth in Each Clutch Have Got to be the Same.
Second make sure you have Plenty of Slack in your Clutch Adjustments.Remember you just removed a Work set of Clutches. So you'll need to Back off The Clutch Adjustments.
To give you plenty of Slack. You might also want to See if your Dealer Has a Pilot Tool or Clutch Alingment Tool to Help you .
Sir I hope i've Helped you.
