my creative zen froze during a movie and just froze. what should i do

-   it froze after I dowload to the SD card . after the dowload it said do no disconect it took long time, so I turned the computer off and then disconect it.check all the files were in the card, wihile I was browsing ti froze. computer cannot recognize it. and it does not turn itself off. thank you.

-   Creative ZEN 32gb froze at the end of a short WMV video.
Screen is dark, no sound, can't turn it off but the power light is on.
Connecting it the computer does nothing.-   Guest

Try sticking a safety pin into the reset hole. It's tiny and it should be at the bottom I did this with my other creative when it froze and it worked.
