My screen has a blue tint on it, it used to come back once in a while, but now it stays blue. I've checked the cords and tried the button on the screen, but nothing changed. someone said it might be the video card, but not sure where thats at.

SOURCE: -Orange light on Power-up button stays lit. -No Video, just black screen. using AGP Video card TNT 32mb / Model CT5823 I've replaced the battery, double checked the cables, Power supply is good. Gatew

This is typical of a failed power supply. Look on the back of the power supply, there may be a red switch for input voltage. Unplug the power cord, flip that switch a few times and then plug the cable in and try again. If nothing changes, see if there's a small black button on the back of the power supply. If there is, unplug the power cable and press the button and hold it for 10-15 seconds. If an LED flashes or turns on, then plug the cable back in and try again. If this all fails, replace the power supply.

SOURCE: screen has a blue tint - no red

sounds to me either your video card is bad if your computer came with one or if your video card is integrated into the computer then the motherboard is bad.

Basically if you have a video card, it will plug into either a PCI or AGP slot and alot of times they overheat or the fans fail on them. If thats the case you would replace the video card. If you have integrated video on your motheroard meaning you don't have a card and you plug the monitor into the motherboard video connector then the motherboard is bad and would need to be replaced.

Entire screen has a pink tint. Can change to blue with settings. Cannot change to natural with tint etc.

Check that all cables are intact and plugged in correctly.
Turn of the TV completely. There might be a manual button on the tv for this. As the last thing, remove the power cord from the power outlet in the wall or where it is placed. Wait 1 min. Then put it back in, swith it on and turn on the TV again.
If this doesn't help and you have tried replacing the cable that you get the picture from (VGA, DVI, Antenna etc.) then it is most likely broken.

Green tint - even background when blue selected

We have usually found it to be the VGA cable connection when the whole screen is tinted. Have you checked the pins in the VGA cord as well to make sure one is not missing or bent.

Iiyama prolite e1902wsv white screen , no picture

From time to time, I've the same white screen problem with my IIYAMA E1902WSV.

I can resolve that issue with a reset to factory settings.
1- Turn ON power (blue led)
2- Push on the MENU button and keep the button pushed while
pulling out the power cord.
3- Plug the power cord back while keeping the MENU button
pushed.

You should see the picture again.

Check the color settings in the on-screen menu. You can choose between "Warm", "Cool" and "User". Maybe you used the "Warm" setting before and somehow it got changed to "Cool".
If this is not the case, you can try the "User" mode and reduce the intensity of the blue channel.
If even black areas show a blue tint, maybe running an auto configuration from the menu helps.
As a last resort, use the "Reset" menu item which resets all settings to factory defaults.

Blue tint on computer display monitor

Try
1. Unplugging the video cord from the back of the computer (and screen if it comes off) and plugging it back in. Sometimes it can become loose and cause a screen to have a abnormal color contrast
2. Updating the drivers to your card
3. Trying a different monitor on the computer. Mind you, if you plug in a differant monitor and the color stays the same. Check the videocards pins on the back of the card. I dont know if you gave all the info on how it became like this, so maybe it got undone and plugged back in forcably and one of them got bent? I
Also if the pigment goes away. Plug the normal one back in and if its gone, great!, if its back. Try the OSD settings on that monitor. Still no luck. The monitor is junk.

Hope that helps

1. How to enter factory menu:
2. Hold press "UP" button until the "Lamp hours info." OSD display on bottom-right of screen.
Press keypad <Power> and <Blank> key simultaneously again, then enter Factory menu.
enter in fan menu and increse the speed of fans.

3. with the keypad look for the menu that says <more options> on the bottom of the osd. once you are there go for the option HARD RESET.

4: also look for the option where its says SOFT RESET. its on other tab ... shut down the projector. take the power cord off the 6100. wait for about 10 seconds. plug it again and there you go...it works again.!!

Monitor screen changes from regular color to a green tinted screen?

Is the cable connected securely? You may need to check your video card also. You may be able to disconnect the cable and get a red, green, blue icon on the screen. If that appears normal then there is nothing wrong with the monitor itself, it may be the cord or the video card.

Hope this helps!
