Jabsco model 37010-0090 electric head. sometimes no motor run or flush when button pressed. By turning slotted shaft on end of motor , button then activates motor and flushes.

Sounds like the motor commutator and brushes need some attention. Not a difficult job if you have been there before but it can be tricky for a novice.

We have 2 Jabsco Flexmount continuous duty 4" blowers in our engine room on our yacht. These still work after 8 years but getting quite noisey. Your suggestions on what we can do to improve the...

The first step would be to identify whether it is the blowers themselves that have become noisy - could be due to a build up of dirt, particularly on the fan blades affecting their balance, or could be that the motor bearings are getting a bit worn.
An alternative source of the noise might be that the mountings or any connecting hoses have become harder over time and are therefore transmitting more vibrations to the structure of the boat.

Light turns on and moves up and down but will not go from side to side only clicks, I removed the light and the gears looked good. could it be the control itself?

Chances are that it may be a ceased motor assy.
I had same problem & solved it by replacing motor assy.
Suggest unwire it & remove from unit and apply 12v to terminals (either way round)
If the gear wheel does not turn slowly then that is where your ploblem lies.
Replacement motor not excessively expensive.

Seems like it MUST be replaceable. Look it up on the net. http://www.google.com/search?source=ig&hl=en&rlz=1G1GGLQ_ENUS331&=&q=jabsco+searchlight+parts&aq=1&oq=jabsco+searchlight

Error Code: 07,010.43:263647 The printer gives me the code and automatically powers down. Anyone know what this means, and how I can fix it?

From the service manual:

7,010.4x: PM_FAULT_HEADTILT_HOME_ERROR
The printhead is stuck in the tilt position by the tilt arms. The process motor gearbox
being out of sync can also cause this error.
1. Reboot the printer.
2. Verify the lock arms rotate correctly.
3. Check for spilled ink around the printhead.
4. Check the process motor gears for damage. Ensure the
process gears are correctly aligned and homed.
5. Verify the process gear box, process shaft, and drive
module shaft are at home position.
6. Verify the headtilt gear will engage, see the home
positioning procedure on page. You can manually
engage the headtilt gear.
7. Run the Tilt Axis Drive test.
8. Run the Process Motor test.
9. Run the Head Maintenance Clutch test, if the test fails
replace the clutch.
10.Run Wiper Drive test. If this fails inspect the wiper
drive system.

Since posting all these test would be impractical, let me know if you need the service manual and I can send it your way. Thanks and please take a moment to rate as fixya.
