On a lcd tv this is usually a problem with the back light or its power supply (inverter board). If you look at the screen with the tv on you should be able to see a very faint ghost image. This will be a normal tv image but hard to see. You may have to get quite close and off to the side before you see it.

You can repair this if you are comfortable with electronics. The backlight just plugs in. I'm not 100% sure about the inverter board on this model. On some they are separate but on other they are part of the main board. If they are separate then it can be worth fixing. If its part of the main board it is cheaper to buy a new tv.

If you contact Dell to find any repair shops as well as where you purchased it from. They might also know where/who to talk to locally. Get an estimate first, and know what a replacement is worth. It's also worth checking to see if you have any warranty either from Dell or the store before doing anything.

What are you connecting to it.... common problem is connecting av audio jacks and HDMI cables at the same time.

not sure about the tuner car i would say your issue is with the commection i would use av audio jacks to connect from the box to the tv that is how it is connected in most cases or with a HDMI cable

IGO tv connected with dish sound come from tv but pictur not show only blue color show

Component RCA Connectors are RED, BLUE, GREEN for picture. Sound is RED and WHITE. The red and white for sound work the same with the YELLOW that does picture. If the RED, BLUE, GREEN are in the wrong order you will get a blue or green picture. For the sound, try the other red and white connectors nearby. Make shore the right red connectors are connected correctly for sound or picture. Otherwise there could be a cable fault or a TV fault. If you get the picture right but not the sound, connect the sound into a stereo.

Movie pictures can be played back with the camera, but not sound. However, when the camera is connected to a TV, both movie pictures and sound can be played back. For playing back movie pictures or sound on a PC, the QuickTime™ 4 is required.
