Question about Black & Decker Garden

My Black and Decker rechargeable Lawnmover has a good battery but when I try to engage the motor by pulling onto the safety release, the motor will not run. I think it has a bad cable on the safety release

The first thing i would check would be the ground wires are nice and tight. If you can get a hold of a volt meter you can start at the battery and check the wires little by little when you get to a spot that had power a second ago but no six inches higher there is your problem. but make sure all conections are tight, grounds are secure, no wires bare wires are crossing i hope i have been helpful

Black and decker drill runs slow

Its much more likely that your batteries are not charging up properly. Ni-CD batteries suffer from 'memory effect' and can appear fully charged when only 70% charged. Also they lose charge when being stored. Do not short them out to discharge them! Wait until the drill complains that they are flat and then recharge them rather than when they first start to slow down. Do not let become completely flat (less than 1 volt).

Black and Decker cordless CM600 mower only goes for about 5 minutes after recharging. How can I remedy this problem?

I suggest that you have the battery(ies) checked. BE sure the safety brake is actually releasing, or have extremely short mowing cycle.

I started mower in tall grass. It started up and immediately stopped. Could not get it started. Replaced battery. Charged 12 hours. Still will not operate. Green light is on. Noticed the blade seems to...

After charging the mower, you must place the safety key in the mower before it will start. On models that have a bail handle, be sure to pull the bail handle back to the mower handle before engaging the start lever. If your mower still does not start, remove the safety key and ensure the bail and start lever are in the "off" position. Then firmly re-insert the safety key, pull the bail handle to the mower handle and engage the start lever.

Note - It is important that the bail and start lever are returned to the "off" position before inserting the safety key.
Give it try, if it still will not operate you may have to take it in for service.
Good luck, let me know.
Regards,
