Question about Canon CanoScan 4200F Flatbed Scanner
I have a CanoScan9900F and I never had any problem before. I have a MacBookPro with MacOSX and I use CanoScanToolbox when I want to scan.Never had any problems but all in a sudden I get message:
"Cannot communicate with scanner. Cable may be disconnected. Check Status. Scanner driver will be closed."
I tried a different USB-cable, but no result. My worries are that the scanner is broken. As I recall it, the scanner used to make a short "scan" sound when the electric cord is pluged in. What do you think or suggest? Please help me out?
Best Regards Tess
