1. Ensure they have the correct email address. Send them a test email, have them reply to it. If you cannot receive it, then you have something blocking the email, or re-directing it to Spam or Jumk email folders.
2. Look in the spam/junk email folders, see if the emails are there.
3. Log in to webmail, see if you can see the emails there. If you can, then you have some application blocking, removing them.

You may have to contact yahoo and answer a few questions like naming a few contact in your list, naming a few subjects of emails, etc...it's different with each email provider...but I'd say the best bet is to contact yahoo support.
Does the contact send you mail? does the contact use the right mail address? did you put the mail address from your specie; contact in the block list in stead of in the contact list?
So many things can go wrong.
Try sending he contact a short mail and ask if he / she will replay. Not let him / her type over the address. Then check if the mail arrives.
It's hard to be certain without being able to see the list of contacts, but something small like an additional space or comma could be causing the problem.
An excellent way of verifying if there is a formatting problem or if Yahoo mail is the issue, is to create an email and select the contacts in your group manually from your contacts list. If the email sends this way, then there is a bug with the Yahoo mail group system that you would be able to report. If the email won't send for the same reason, then there is likely a tiny flaw in your formatting.
Contact the seller as they should be sending you a key via email. If you do not receive it it may be that you typed in the wrong email ( made an error). It can take hours or days to get it but usually within a few minutes
This may due to improper email address in your contacts. Check the contacts before sending mail.
One more reason is you are sending the mails to any corporate email id and they have blocked yahoo emails for security reasons.

If you purchased your phone via T-Mobile and are still a T-Mobile customer, contact them either via phone or email and they will send you your unlock code. If you are no longer a T-Mobile customer, there are a number of Web sites which will send you an unlock code but you will need to pay for this service. But please be aware, normally unlock codes work well but you always run the risk of what is called "bricking" the phone. Which means if the wrong code is entered or entered wrong, the phone becomes useless, hence the term becoming like a "brick".
Click on the contact icon on the toolbar, The Doubl Click onthe contact to open the properties for the contact you want to change, click on the Name and E-mail tab, then select the e-mail address below, at the right, select Edit, and that will allow you to change the address to the correct one. and select ok. Your change shou;ld be accepted.
