Question about Digital Cameras

Open Question

When downloading Presto! VideoWorks I got an error. "Error at loading of ippIP library No DLLs were found in the waterfall procedure" When I try to access video/pictures it says the device is not connected. As well as these problems on the camera screen once plugged into the computer does not recognize that there is a memory card present though in the user's manual it said it would. How do I get my videos/pictures?

I tried different card and it worked.  I'm waiting to contact SanDisk to solve the problem.  Hate to lose all the pictures.  Thanks for your help.

Try reading the card independent of a camera i.e. on a computer or a photo kiosk to determine if the card is readable damaged

SOURCE: i have purchased a junior

I have helped some users with the same problem.
I have uploaded the contents of the installation CD for users to download, since there is no website to do so.
Uninstall the previous installation, and ensure the camera is NOT connected to the computer while installing the software.
Use the application (photo impression included in the install CD) to pull the photos from the camera.
You can download the install CD here (188.81Mb): http://depositfiles.com/files/qmc5ykx6p
If you just after the user manual, I have uploaded that here (2.6Mb): http://www.filejumbo.com/Download/26D632AAF285B1D0
Hope this helps!

Error - Kernel32.dll

Microsoft defines Kernel32 errors as follows: "The Kernel32.dll file is a 32-bit dynamic link library file that is found in Windows 95, Windows 98, or Windows Millenium Edition (Me). The Kernel32.dll file handles memory management, input/output operations, and interrupts. When you start Windows, Kernel32.dll is loaded into a protected memory space so that other programs do not take over that memory space. On occasion, you may receive an invalid page fault (IPF) error message. This error message occurs when a program tries to access the Kernel32.dll protected memory space. Occasionally, the error message is caused by one particular program, and other times the error message is provoked by multiple files and programs."
