When downloading Presto! VideoWorks I got an error.
"Error at loading of ippIP library
No DLLs were found in the waterfall procedure"
When I try to access video/pictures it says the device is not connected. As well as these problems on the camera screen once plugged into the computer does not recognize that there is a memory card present though in the user's manual it said it would. How do I get my videos/pictures?
