Hi
Check to see if you have the gray magnet in the water tank. If you don't, that is your problem.
The gray magnet is a float, and if it doesn't float when its covered with water it has to be replaced. This is what tells the computer that there is water in the tank. If it sinks the computer thinks the tank is empty, and you getr the message "Fill water" It should not come out of the slot in the water tank . There should be a cover on it.
It's still in the slot, covered, and moving freely. I think the problem is with the computer itself?
There is a pick up sensor inside the machine that reads the float that can go bad. It could be the magnet itself.

Try to raise it with a toothpick, a knife or something like this. Hold it in the "up" position.
a. If nothing happens - you have a problem with the response trigger inside the machine.
b. if it shows full tank now - you have defective magnet or it's not close enough to the sensor (inside the machine).

The grey magnet is there (I hadn't realised it was magnetic). What do I do with the magnet?
