If you are using Internet Explorer:
Launch IE
In the upper right side of the page (just under the red X and to the right of the magnifying glass) Click the little dot. That should open the Search option. Select Yahoo.. or if not listed, click Find More Providers.

SOURCE: I have freestanding Series 8 dishwasher. Lately during the filling cycle water hammer is occurring. How can this be resolved

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Google search was my homepage, but now yahoo has taken over. How do I get back to google and get rid of yahoo

I strongly recommend you read http://google-redirect-virus.info/prevent-google-redirect-virus.htm GOOGLE REDIRECT VIRUS Although the page says 'things to prevent redirect virus' it is a good free method of protecting you computer from anything. How you change your default search depends on the browser but its pretty easy to do.

If you inadvertently installed Chrome, and want your default browser to be Internet Explorer...
1. Uninstall Chrome.
2. Set Internet Explorer as your default browser. (Internet Options/Programs/click Make Default if it is not greyed out, and checkmark "Tell me if Internet Explorer is not the default web browser")
3. In Internet Explorer, go here... https://encrypted.google.com/
4. Set your homepage in Internet Explorer (see this... http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/internet-explorer/change-home-page#ie=ie-11-win-7)

I wonder why my google home page instead of ask.com ,how can i get the google back to home page ?

It's because you changed your homepage. Go to settings on your browser and there will be a button called "change homepage" or "add homepage" something like that. Once you click that you will be asked to type the address and remove the existing one and type the one you want! In your case it's google.com

if this doesn't work maybe you have ask toolbar installed. You will have to remove it!

Google is coming up as my homepage instead of yahoo.

If you're using Explorer 8, Open your Explorer 8 browser then click Tools then Internet Options.
The Internet Options window will pop out then change your Home Page to www.yahoo.com.

I wanted the google toolbar on my Yahoo Homepage not google Homepage

You will need to reset your homepage to Yahoo. When you installed the toolbar (which will be available on ALL sites) it set your homepage to Google. If you're using Internet Explorer, click on Tools > Internet Options. On the General tab, type in the address (http://www.yahoo.com/) into the Homepage box. If you're using Chrome, click the wrench icon, then click Options. Select Open the Following Pages, then type in the address. If you're using Firefox, click Tools > Options. Type the address in the Homepage box on the General tab (if you're using a newer version of Firefox, click the orange Firefox button in the top left corner and select Options).

I cannot access the Yahoo web site, instead I have the Wender Hosting website, is it a virus and how i can remove it?

it seems that your homepage has changed, you might have installed something recently. to change back to your homepage, go to that page manually then go to your browsers settings and make that page your homepage.

Have you gone to Yahoo and clicked on tools, internet options, and set the home page to "current"?

If not, do so. Then it should stay there.
