This is an application question. Contact your processor. They may have a download that is designed for handling tips.
It is not enough just to have the line on the receipt. The IRS will ask you to document the tips that the servers are getting. Thus, you need tip reporting also.
That means a new application that has both the extra line and the extra features of tip reporting.
