Question about Lenovo Keyboard
I suggest you try to disable the Fn Key using the BIOS settings. If you don't have any special settings in BIOS you could simply enter
BIOS at boot and press F9 to select Setup Defaults, then save and exit. Just restart the PC and repeatedly press F2 to enter the BIOS page.
Another route would be to enter BIOS and navigate to the Config > Keyboard/Mouse menu and set the FN Key Lock setting to disabled.

Ok well either you have some kind of virus or other software blocking the input of the keyboard, or something is actually wrong with the keyboard.
To verify this you are going to need to get a USB keyboard (borrow one from a friend if someone has one, or go to best buy, and get one just for testing purposes... return it when you are done if you want, but it's always good to have a spare USB keyboard around anyway) Plug this keyboard into the laptop once it's booted all the way up, give it at least 5 minutes to make sure it has detected and installed it, then try to type with it. Do you have the same issue? If so you know it is a virus or some other software on the computer that has been corrupted. At that point you would want to seek professional computer help from a local computer shop, so they can back up your data and get you back up and running.
Thanks, let me know if you have any questions or concerns, just reply to my answer here and I will be right back with you.
