I think it is trying to pair with your computer. If your N95 asking a pin just enter 1 then when it connects to your computer you must enter the same number in your computer that is asking a pin so they can pair and you'll be able to send and receive stuff to and fro... all the best!
both party A and B blue tooth should be on
from nokia 6700. go to settings , connectivity , blue tooth
open . turn on blue tooth . and scan .. click on the party B ( buddy phone ) confirm the name from the other person whom u want to pair and then sent a req ( it ll be asking for pin. use any pin of your choice i.e 123 and the party B ll be prompt for a pairing n enter pin. he must enter the same pin u have put in on your phone before sending a req, it ll be done

4. Make the required settings on the mobile phone to activate a search
for Bluetooth devices within range. For further information on the

5. Select Advanced Car Kit from the list of Bluetooth devices found.
6. When prompted, key in the Bluetooth passcode 0000.
