I am unable to complete an outbound call on my C139. When I dial out, i get

four "tones," but no actual "rings." I have 63 units left, just bought 60 more

which MUST be added by 6/26/08 so that I don't lose my current units.

SOMEONE please help me FAST. Granbobt

Check and make sure that you are in an area that has full service. If that still doesn't work, you need to call a tracfone operator because they will have a complex way of how to solve this problem. By the way, i suggest buying the card that doubles your units for life, it is definitely worth it! It saves you over 50% of your money. =)

Hi there

Every PUK code is unique so nobody can tell you your PUK number, but i will tell you what you can do!
1) If you still have your packet that your Sim Card came in, you should find your PUK number in there, if you don't have the packet, please read bellow.

2) You must get a phone that is on the same network as your phone and call the networks Customer Care and ask them for your PUK number, they will ask you for your phone number, then they will tell you your PUK number. Once you have done this, you will be able to reset your Pin number so you will be able to go into your phone again.

Please also remember to give me a good rating on my profile.

Kind regards
