I have a regal bread machine, but am missing the part that stirs and kneads the bread on the inside of the pan. Is there somewhere I can just get that replacement part?

Hi...Take the empty pan out of the machine and spin the paddle by hand. It should turn freely with no sticking and should not be loose. There is a sealed bearing on the bottom of the bread pan and if this fails then the paddle will stick and be really loose if you try to move the paddle up and down. . If this is okay then check the belts and gear. They could be loose or worn out. Belts and motor are located in base of machine. Be sure to unplug before checking this out. Also, make sure bread pan is installed in the machine correctly. Hank

The rubber (?) gasket between the kneading blade and the bottom of the bread pan has deteriorated and sluffed off into bread. Can I get a replacement?

Hi, That is actually a sealed bearing that the paddle shaft rotates on. It can not be replaced and you will need a new bread pan. Regal does not make bread machines anymore, but you may find one on eBay or Amazon. Hank

Drive shaft no longer turns kneading blade on model k6725

Hi,
Either the paddle is frozen in the bread pan ( take pan & paddle out of machine and see if you can turn it by hand), or the belt has fallen off or has snapped. (Keep the bread pan out of the machine & run a knead cycle, look through the lid window and see if the motor shaft spins. Hank

Hi,
Take the bread pan out of the machine and run a kneading cycle. See if the motor is straining. If it is it could be a belt or the motor itself. If the motor runs nice and smooth and you can see the motor shaft spinning effortlessly, then it's the bread pan itself. See if you can spin the paddle easily when it is out of the machine. If not then it is the sealed bearing in the bread pan that is starting to fail and it's time for a new bread pan. Hank

I love my bread machine, model 5890, but with every loaf of bread the kneading blade stays inside the bread. The bread is also difficult to take out of the pan. This has led to scratches in the pan as...

Hi,
I usually take the paddle out of the machine at the end of the kneading cycle and before the rise cycle. (Do this with the pan out of the machine..just in case). You don't want to use anything in the pan that will scratch it. Usually a few quick taps of the bread pan on the cutting board will free the bread.

Kneading blade stays in the bread

I had that problem with my Zoji breadmaker. I sprayed a little non-stick spray on the blad and it worked. You can also spray the pan.
