Water softner problem

hi , i have a water softner model 6700 downflow V2.0

It went into regeneration last night and it was did backwash the whole night and then i manually did the next 3 steps but then it kinda went in regeneration again and i dont know wether its working or not cause the panel just shows clock and the clock keeps on running .

I dont know how to reprogram it , the manual doesnt show me how and i cant contact the people who sold it as the number is disconnected and moreover the watersoftner was in the house when i bought it .
