using the bluetooth software on your computer, do not tell the computer you are looking for a bluetooth printer, instead, use search for all devices, then the printer will show-up and select it.

get rid of vista? that is my suggestion, but if it came with the vista install cd, try running the system restore from the disk. note: YOUR PROGRAMS MAY DISAPPEAR IF YOU DO THIS!!! if you have an xp install/restore disk, you could try installing it onto your computer, but it won't look like vista. to get the vista feel back, download vitamiser from www.softpedia.com
You can go back to Vista. Should be loaded on the D section of the hard drive.
On startup press F10 and go through recoery and allow it to relaod Vista to its default configuration.
It may not work at all on Vista, many programs and hardware do not. (scanners and printers etc. -- no new drivers)
Is there any way to update the program?
Go to the company website, check for Vista compatibility.
You may have to purchase an updated program.
