Follow the below mentioned steps to set Outlook as your default email client.
Steps for Windows 7 and Vista -
- Click Start and in Start search box type 'default programs'. - In Search results, click default programs under Programs. - Now click on 'Set your default programs' and highlight Microsoft Outlook. - Click on 'Set this program as default' and click OK.
Steps for Windows XP and earlier platforms -
- Start Internet Explorer. Select Tools -> Internet Option -> Programs tab. - Under Email, select Microsoft Outlook and click OK.
1 Open Outlook. Select Account Settings... from the Tools menu.
2 On the E-mail tab, click New
3 Select "Manually configure server settings or additional server types" and click Next >.
4 Select Internet E-mail and click Next >.
Enter the following information for E-mail Accounts.
Your Name: Enter the name you wish recipients to see when they receive your message.
Email Address:This is the address that your contacts' email program will reply to your messages. This is also the address that will get recorded in your contacts' address book if they add you as a contact.
Account Type: POP3
Incoming mail server: Enter pop3.ivenue.com
Outgoing mail server (SMTP): Enter smtp.ivenue.com
User Name: Enter your full e-mail address
Password: If you wish for Outlook to save your password, check the box labeled Remember Password and enter your password in the text field.
Click More Settings...

Under Incoming Server (POP3), the port number should be set to 110.
Under Outgoing Server (SMTP), the port number should be set to 587.

Sort the Contacts list by the File As field

In short: Stop disabling links and functionality in all messages
1. On the Tools menu, click Options. 2. On the Preferences tab, under E-mail, click Junk E-mail. 3. Clear the Disable links and other functionality in phishing messages (recommended) check box.
Note If you decide to select this check box later, Outlook will disable all the links in messages that were evaluated as suspicious by the Junk E-mail Filter, and you will receive warnings about suspicious links.

Open OL 07 -> Tools -> account settings -> Under the "E-mail" tab -> Check how many account you have. You should see 2 e-mail accounts and if both are the same, delete one account which is not set as DEFAULT.
Reason: When you opened OL 07, it checks if there is any e-mail account setup in Outlook Express ( Win XP) or Win Mail ( Win Vista ) and migrate the account settings.
No E-mails in blackberry :
Open OL 07 -> Tools -> account settings -> Under the "E-mail" tab -> Select the e-mailaccount and click on CHANGE -> Go to More Settings -> Advanced -> Enable " Leave a Copy Of messages on the server"
Reason : Outlook must be downloading all the e-mails from your server when it look s for new mails on the server due to which Blackberry does not detect any -mails on the server.
