Where is the reset button

All the breakers on an electric OV300 would be accessible from the small access panel on the front lower right side of the oven, there should be a sticker on the door that says something along the lines of "circuit breaker here." If those breakers are all in the up position than it is most likely the breakers in your circuit panel.

How do I fix the flame sensor in a baxter oven?

Take off the right side panel and open the control panel door. Take a long screw driver and stick it in the hole where the flame sensor wire goes and remove the screw holding the flame sensor in place. Clean the metal rod on the flame sensor with a piece of fine grit sandpaper or emory cloth. Put flame sensor back in, make sure no insulation is touching the exposed metal part of the wire connector.

I will need to get a Baxter OV300EDD oven through a 35" wide door frame. Considering the oven is 37.49" deep, could I remove the doors off the front of the unit so that it will fit through the...

You can remove the oven doors, hinges, control panel door, and top oven trim, if needed. That will definitely reduce the width enough to squeeze it in.

The rack inside has stopped rotating

On top of the oven is a cover with 6 screws in it, loosen the screws and remove the cover. You will see two pulleys, most likely one of the pulleys are loose, try tightening the set screws, the one on the right can be tricky because the set screw is under the pulley. Good luck!

I have a problem with a Baxter OV300E Oven. The Automatic Ignition System keeps Flashing 1-flash Air flow problem, can you help me with this. Thank you.

Check to make sure the draft motor, directly above the control panel in the front right corner, is running. If it is running then you could have a dirty air switch, if you open your control panel you will see a metallic disk with a black rubber hose and two wires going to it, this is your air switch. Try disconnecting the hose and blowing out the air switch and hose with compressed air. If this doesn't work you may need a new air switch. If the motor isn't running at all you could have a bad motor or a bad ignition module which powers the fan.

I have a baxter mini rack electric oven and water started leaking out of the right side of the oven while cooking bagels. any ideas on what is causing this

Sounds like you have a water leak! The right side panel needs to come off. Here you will see your copper water lines. Try steaming while watching to see where the water is coming from, most likely its coming from the two spray nozzles that enter the oven near the top in the front and rear. If the leak isn't obvious have an authorized technician service the oven. A leak in this part of the oven left unattended could cause more damage and potentially a fire.
