Question about Computers & Internet
Have you tryed other usb ports? try goign to device manager, right click on my computer icon on the desktop click on then click on manage then click okay if a window pops up, now once computer management opens look at three options click on system tools then another list will show then click on device manager that should show if the system has read it or not normal if it doesn't reconize it will show a yellow question mark same as inproper install of driver. Also try getting the driver fo it and install driver first then connect that too can be a problem. hope this helps.
