I have found, in my "junk" pile, a watch that I bought years ago and haven't a clue as to how to program it.
Is there an instruction manual for this watch that I can purchase, download, or ??
Please let me know if there is such a thing.

Try this link I found my instrustions her after leving them in a pocket and the wife washed them
