Hello there

From what you have said it sounds like you have the DISK DRIVE READ ERROR

The main causes are Hardware failure, overheating or wear & tear.

You may need to perform simple maintenance, clean or in some cases adjust settings.

To get the best advice on where to start I recommend a GOOD REPAIR GUIDE, From this you can fix the problem at home and avoid any large repair bills. Its easier than it sounds when you have help from the guide.

I used Gamer Fix to get the best guides

The other solution would be to send the console off to its manufacturer, This is free if your still in warranty. If your console is out of warranty then the usual price of repair is $150

I am Glad I could help and You can help others by rating this Post or leaving a comment.
Many thanks

Vizio vbr133 player . player starts to load disk and then reads no disk. tryed with different disk still reads no disk. error code HON7E

I was getting the same error and I could not get regular dvd or blu ray discs to play either. I dug out my old cd player lens cleaner and put it in and it started playing. I let it clean the lens for a couple minutes and now it is playing my movies again.

What's your problem?the wiw has trouble reading the disk

Your WII is having trouble reading disks? Try using a dvd/cd ROM cleaner disk. Run the cleaning disk in the WII a couple of times and try inserting your game again. If it still does not read the disk, try cleaning the game disk itself with a lint free cloth and alcohol. make sure to dry the disk completely and never wipe in a circle. If this does not solve the issue, try playing the disk in another WII to figure out if the problem is isolated to the disk itself. If the disk plays in another WII, then contact the manufacturer and send the console in for repair.

Won't read diisc and makes funny noise

Check first to make sure there are not Two (2) disks in the tray.
The disk may not be seated completely in the tray.
The disk may be upside down.
Try a different disk. If it plays properly, the disk in question is probably bad

My DVD not reading DVD movie CD

Is it not reading the disk or not playing DVD movies? If you put a DVD data disk and it reads, then the drive is fine. If it just wont play movies, youre missing a DVD decoder (such as PowerDVD). Try testing other DVD disks and post your findings.

Ps2 not reading discs

does it still read the disk you was playing or not if it dont then you could buy a lense cleaner put this into you ps2 and then after it has cleaned the lense try your games again you can buy these really cheap and they are just a disk with little brushes onn that cleans the lense in anything that takes disks if this dont solve the problem and the ps2 dont play any disk at all then the laser will need replacing you can replace it yourself but it will need to be recalibrated witch is something a pro must do as not doing this will stop it reading any disk but you only get this prob if you buy new laser you can get second hand ones but you never no if they are working or not hope this is some help to you

Problem with disc drive

You didn?t mention the type of disk (something you burned or bought) or the physical condition of the disks (brand new, some scratches or lots) but if they?re commercial CDs or DVDs and you can play them in another laptop or player you should be able to play them in your laptop consistently. About the only thing I would recommend doing to a new laptop drive still in warranty would be to clean the drive using a commercial CD cleaning disk. If you still have trouble reading commercial CDs that play in other devices I would contact the manufacturer?s technical support for repair.
