Question about Washing Machines
It sounds like a problem inside the washer. There could be a clog in an internal water line or possibly a kinked internal hose. Or it's just broken. Either way, it sounds like the problem is inside the washer and needs to be fixed by a technician.
If you just got this washer and it has not worked right from the get-go, I'd call the store back and insist on either a replacement or a technician visit immediately.
