Question about GE 24 in. Profile PDW7800 Built-in Dishwasher
Sometimes the sprayer arms collect debris...small bits of paper, plastic or food. Water, therefore does not spray freely. Usually there is a screw mechanism that you can unscrew to remove the arms and flush them. I have even had to take tweezers to grab the end of a produce label to pull it from the jets. Try this and see if it helps.
