Question about Heating & Cooling
I had the same, I think it's the auto cut-off.
Cut the power first!
Then you can open the control-panel from the botton with 2 screws (while facing the control-panel, look as low as possible near the floor and you'll see those 2 screws facing you)
Then you can flip the control-panel open a little bit from the lower side. It's still connected with another screw somewehere at the upper side, but no need to open that one as well.
While opening this panel a bit, you'll see some 'thing' hanging inside, that 'tells' the heater if it's placed correctly or not (it prevents the heater from working when you hold the heater, for example, upside down, I don't know the correct word in English, sorry)
You can press this 'thing' in the upside direction and you'll here a click. That's it, maybe...this worked for me, so give it a try!
