Question about Refrigerators
I will get this question out of the way immediately to eliminate any other issue...Do you have a dog? Ok, hope that clears that up.LOL
Now, the first thing that I would check is for a cracked defrost pan, or a misaligned drain tube. Look REAL close at the pan as some cracks are not very obvious.
Next, check to see if all door seals are contacting the mullion strips, and no hinges are misaligned.Inspect door shelves and interior shelves to assure that no food items are extending over the edges, impeding the closure of the doors.
If you have an automatic icemaker, inspect all fill tube connections.
That's about all I can offer you at the moment.
Post me back if you need more assistance.
