The battery lights dropping down while the scooter is in motion is normal; the motors are drawing current from the batteries which is going to drop the battery level slightly. However, if you see the battery indicator lights dropping off steadily while the scooter is in motion (1 bar every few minues or seconds) this can indicate a battery problem. It sounds like this is normal operation!
Good luck!

Kia sportage diesel acceleration problem

Do you have any check engine lights on? Most diesels have a safety feature that shuts down the engine and puts it in "limp mode" when there is a problem somewhere . It will stay in limp mode till repaired and the code cleared. You should get a code with a diagnostic.

My gogo ultra is showing fully charged and horn beeps, when i put key in it beeps fast 10 times and 5 beeps after

5 beeps usually means scooter is out of gear, but since the lever is in the drive position and the scooter gearbox/differential is engaged, it seems that the controller is not sensing the gear change. Possibly a faulty micro switch in the motor housing can be the cause of this, usually the micro switch is pressed down by the drive lever and if the switch is pressed down the motor controller knows the scooter is in gear.

Laptop sometimes switches off when moved.

Sounds like a loose connection where the laptop opens and closes hinge there are wires that run from the main screen to the main board. If you know how to take the unit apart it maybe a cheap fix if not then a new laptop maybe the way to go the prices have really dropped from 4 years ago

Gogo elitescooter lights indicate battery fully charged but scooter will not go

Make sure the free-wheel lever is engaged and the charger is unplugged from the scooter before you try to turn the scooter on. If the battery gauge goes up when you turn the scooter on and there are no beeping sounds you should be good to go.If the battery gauge drops to the red when you try to accelerate slowly, your batteries are shot. (Typical replacement in 24-48 months). If there is any beeping when the key is first turned on then there is a problem and the number of beeps indicates the problem found by the computer during the POST. My emachine em350 battery is not fully charging. it started by charging to 89% then 86% now its at 65% I bought it 5 months ago. What should I do?

Here's how Dell
recommended a reset. First, power down and remove baterty. Second, unplug
AC Power adapter from computer AND wall. Third-Wait till green light goes
out. In my case, went and got coffee and watch a show. Fourth plug adapter
into wall and computer and power up WITHOUT the baterty installed. After
boot up, insert the baterty. It worked?!!?!

Camera won't turn ON

First off, everything was not fine until this morning. You had this occur a month ago. Frankly, I would have done exactly as you did a month ago and nothing more. I have seen too many electrical problems permanently solved by turning a device off and then on, or by rebooting. Here is what I would generally recommend: 1. See what the camera manual suggests. 2. Charge the batteries fully before using them. New ones are often not charged up. They could have been in a warehouse for months. 3. The electrical contacts on your camera, the ones that interface with the batteries, may be a little corroded. If you can access them easily, try cleaning them with the eraser on the end of a pencil. Same with the batteries themselves. 4. If exposed to prolonged high humidity, electrical problems may include not only the power supply, but other electrical switches, such as the reset button., which you cannot address on your own. 5. Call Sony.
