Question about Transcend T.sonic 610 MP3 Player
Something is wrong with how it was formatted. Open My Computer and plug in the card reader - it should appear as several removable disks. Close My Computer and plug in the Transcend ; wait for all the new hardware icons from the notification zone to stop popping and open My Computer - the ipod should be there as the last to appear removable media drive. Right click on it and format it; once the format has ended click on the new hardware icon in the notification area - the Safely disconnect window will appear - click on the letter that represents the ipod and wait till the message saying that it's safe to remove it to appear. Now disconnect it. Do the same thing for the card reader and disconnect it also.
Reboot and try again - now it should work. And from now on always follow the same procedure before unplugging it.
