I have a Vulcan 1010 which has an AMD Duron 756 processor, running Windows Millenium. The sound card is no longer recognised and cannot find driver for it on any of the original installation discs. Listed in system as PCI Multimedia Audio Device.
How can I find out what sound card it is so that I can download correct driver?

First think I would try would be to let windows reinstall the sound driver.
Right click on my computer click properties click hardware click device manager found the sound and video controllers section click the plus to display your sound drivers click you sound card and delete it on your keyboard click action at top of screen click scan for hardware changes. might have to restart computer.
please let me know if this dosent work and we can go onto next step.
I've produced the link for the download, but firstly remove the audio driver and reboot before trying to reinstall the drivers. Make sure you have very little applications running in the background before trying this.
