How do i log on to the safeboot mobile data security on my pc

Answer: To get into Safe Mode with Networking: 1.Log out and reboot your machine. 2.When the machine starts the reboot sequence, press the F8 key repeatedly. 3.Select Safe Mode with Networking from the resulting menu. 4.Login. If malware has changed your password, try logging in as Administrator. By default, Administrator has no password. 5.The machine will continue booting, but the Windows desktop will look different. 6.When you're finished doing what you need to do, log out and reboot back into normal mode. Hope that helps.

How to start in safe mode?

While the computer is initially booting up, press F8 (repeatedly if necessary), you should be presented with a selection screen to boot into safe mode (various levels such as with or without networking) or to boot normally. The F8 key only works while the computer is going through the BIOS startup procedure.

How to open in safe mode

Turn on the PC - as soon as the BIOS screen dissapears keep tapping
F8 - this will bring up the boot menu and let you select "safe mode".
If you get to the Loading XP screen with the moving bar you pressed F8 too late, reset and try again.

Dell optiplex 760 won't go into safe mode

It sounds as though your PF keys are disabled by the BIOS settings. Try this:
Upon cold start or reboot get to the BIOS setup. You may have to press F2 or delete, or whatever key the first POST messages instruct you to use. Different BIOS manufacturers use different keys, and you have to be quick to interrupt the boot process using the correct key. If you fail to determine what key it is, reboot once again, until you see/read what key does the job.
Next, once you're into the setup screens, look for a section where you can set/deny access to the F8, F9, F10 etc keys during the boot process.
Make sure you ENABLE them, following the instructions on what keys to use to set/reset these choices. Make sure you SAVE AND EXIT.
On the next reboot, upon the disappearance of all POST messages, make sure you press the F8 key repeatedly until you see your OS boot options menu, among which you'll find Safe Mode.
Good luck!

try booting into safe mode? on a pc hit F8 repeatedly while you boot until you get a boot screen with the safe mode option. Some laptops have differant keys, eg F2, <Del>, F10, but ussualy they state this when it boots up.

when you get into safe mode, go to your run prompt and type "msconfig" hit enter. got to startup, disable all.Go to services, disable all. reboot. if this works, try running an pdated antivirus scan. I recommend using Avast! which is like AVG. It can do a start up scan. also try running something like 'trojan remover' which is free to download.

Good luck! :)

How do i reboot my windows visat without the reboot disc?

Is this a trick question? Or are you serious? You reboot by shuting it off and turning it back on. or using the ctrl, alt, and delete buttons at the same time.
You can try this too.
Using the F8 Method
  1. Restart your computer.
  2. When the computer starts you will see your computer's hardware being listed. When you see this information start to gently tap the F8 key repeatedly until you are presented with the Windows Vista Advanced Boot Options.
  3. Select the Safe Mode option using the arrow keys.
  4. Then press the enter key on your keyboard to boot into Vista Safe Mode.
  5. When Windows starts you will be at a typical logon screen. Logon to your computer and Vista will enter Safe mode.
  6. Do whatever tasks you require, and when you are done, reboot to go back into normal mode.
